Before You Report
This page is only for reporting matters outside of the United States. This page is not for HR issues (like harassment, workplace conflict, or hiring complaints). HR concerns should go to your country or Bureau HR team.
How To Report
Please report your concern by filling out the form by clicking the "Report Here" or "QR Code" buttons on this page. You do not have to share your name. But it helps if you do so that the investigations team can follow up with questions.
*As a whistleblower, you are protected from retaliation from anyone at AHF based on any report you make in good faith. AHF does not tolerate such retaliation.
What to Report
Remember: AHF is a charity and we do not charge for our services. Beware of anyone who wants a fee to access AHF services or funding, and report the person here. Other things to report:
- Stealing money, medicine, or supplies
- Personal use of AHF money or other assets
- Fake invoicing
- Staging of fake training events
- Falsifying financial documents
- Charging for free AHF services
- Kickbacks
- Rigging procurement processes (for example: fake bids, bid collusion, bid manipulation)
- Other’s conflicts of interest
- Other bad actions that hurt AHF's reputation, programs, or finances
Do you have Your Own potential conflict of interest to disclose?
A conflict of interest happens when you have a personal interest or relationship that is potentially at odds with AHF's interest. Conflicts of interest are not necessarily a problem, but they. must be disclosed. Please click this link to make a disclosure.
Do you have A gift to disclose?
Sometimes, people outside of AHF may want to give you a gift like a present or special hospitality or perks. You should generally decline gifts graciously, because otherwise it can look like you or AHF are unfairly favoring the giver. If refusing the gift would embarrass the giver unnecessarily, you can accept the gift, but you must accept it on behalf of your department and AHF, share it with your office, and disclose it here and to your manager.
