Since 1987, AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) has grown from a small community-based hospice in Los Angeles serving people in the final stages of AIDS to the largest global HIV/AIDS nonprofit organization providing cutting-edge medicine and advocacy regardless of ability to pay.
AHF serves more than 1.9 million clients in 45 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Our work combines innovative healthcare delivery models with positive policy changes that help bring life-saving treatment, free HIV testing, and free or affordable condoms to all who need them.

Corporate landlord groups trying to raise rents during the COVID 19 pandemic are now attacking the loudest voice for low-income renter ballot initiatives in California - AIDS Healthcare Foundation.
AB 1938, a bill sponsored by the California Apartment Association, California Chamber of Commerce, and California Association of Realtors, is snaking its way through the state legislature.
While AB 1938 directly targets AIDS Healthcare Foundation, this bill will have dangerous ramifications for all advocacy efforts in the state of California.
Please join us in urging the members of the CA State Assembly Committee on Appropriations to vote NO on this deeply-flawed bill.

Working with the U.S. Army, AHF Haiti’s medical team transported supplies to communities impacted by the recent 7.2 earthquake.
As first responders throughout the Caribbean and Latin America, AHF staff sent 7,000 pounds of critically needed medical equipment and supplies to hospitals and medical centers in response to the recent earthquake that devastatingly impacted Haiti.
Donate Now to Earthquake Relief
As long as there’s a need, we’ll continue to send medical aid and supplies to the people of Haiti. But we can’t do it alone.
