Aetna: Aetna offers high-quality primary healthcare coverage. As a part of the comprehensive package, they provide Long Term Disability as a way to protect your income if you are out of work for a long duration and have exhausted your short-term disability and sick time. This plan will pay you up to 60% of your wages, up to $5,000 per month.

Cigna: Cigna offers dental coverage through their HMO or PPO plans across the U.S. Our CIGNA plans help you pay for your annual cleaning, preventative care, restorative care, and orthodontia needs.

Kaiser Permanente: Another high-quality and comprehensive healthcare plan on offer to our staff. Kaiser Permanente provides coverage for primary care doctors, specialists, hospitals, and diverse health plans. Their services work together to provide total coverage for you and your family members.

The Difference Card: AHF offers flexible spending accounts through The Difference Card for Medical Reimbursement ($3,300 max) and Dependent Care ($5,000 max). FSA is a way for our employees to lower their taxable income to pay for medical expenses (copays, prescriptions, etc.) or costs associated with dependent care, such as daycare, camps, or before/after school care.

The. Standard: As a part of our benefits package, we offer 401k plans to qualifying employees. Regular Full-Time and Regular Part-Time employees are automatically enrolled at a 3% pre-tax deduction after 30 days. AHF’s savings and investment plan with The Standard is a great way to plan for your future! You will become 100% vested in the company match, which is based on length of service.

VSP: AHF offers comprehensive vision coverage through VSP, one of the largest vision insurance providers in the United States. VSP coverage includes $10 copays for WellVision exams and discounts on frames, lenses, and contacts. They also offer savings on Laser Vision Corrections and now offer a new suncare benefit.

When you shop at Out of the Closet Thrift Stores, you're directly helping people living with HIV and AIDS. Ninety-six cents of every dollar collected at our stores directly fund AIDS Healthcare Foundation's HIV/AIDS programs and their new housing services, as well as on-site pharmacies and free HIV testing.

In Los Angeles, AIDS Healthcare Foundation launched the ‘Healthy Housing Foundation by AHF,’ which will provide decent housing units at an affordable cost to low-income people, including families with children, and those previously unsheltered or homeless.

Positive Healthcare, AIDS Healthcare Foundation’s Managed Care Division, has provided people living with HIV quality health care since 1995 when it started the nation’s first Medicaid health plan for HIV-positive people living in Los Angeles. Today, Positive Healthcare cares for more than 4,200 lives in California, Florida and Georgia.
