AHF Poland, established in 2023 and based in Lublin, provides free, confidential HIV and STI testing, counseling, and prevention services—focusing on communities with limited access to traditional healthcare systems.
The program partners with local organizations to deliver outreach testing and also runs its own mobile initiatives to expand access in underserved areas. AHF Poland distributes condoms and offers HIV self-testing kits nationwide via WhatsApp and Telegram.
In addition to direct services, AHF Poland engages in public health advocacy by organizing inclusive, multilingual events for International Condom Day, Women’s Day, Menstrual Health Day, International Day of the Girl, and World AIDS Day—promoting awareness and sexual health.
Services are available in Polish, English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Spanish. The team is preparing to open Checkpoint Lublin, a dedicated community testing and counseling center, and is also planning a Wellness Center in Warsaw to provide STI diagnosis, treatment, and support.
