This unique project showcases over three decades of groundbreaking care and advocacy by the world’s largest HIV/AIDS non-governmental organization through carefully selected archival photos and video footage.
In honor of AHF’s 30-year anniversary, the timeline traces the historic arc of the global AIDS response, from the organization’s grassroots beginnings in the United States to its present-day operations in 39 countries with 840,000 clients in care.
Through heartbreaking tragedies and heroic triumphs, this is a candid look at where we came from and what drives us onward as we continue to provide cutting-edge medicine and advocacy regardless of ability to pay.
