You can submit a Team Recognition to recognize outstanding teams via nominations by any support staff or mid to senior level leader for outstanding team work resulting in exemplary team engagement, community involvement, advocacy or excellent client experience.

Nominations can be made by a single employee or group of employees in a staff or mid to senior level leadership position.

The “Leadership Recognition” category gives you an opportunity to nominate and recognize a specific leader/manager for going Above & Beyond to support a patient, a fellow employee or their team.

All employees in a leadership/management capacity are eligible to be nominated for the “Leadership Recognition” category.

The “Advocacy Recognition” category gives you an opportunity to nominate and recognize any employee for going Above & Beyond to support advocacy efforts. Including but not limited to:
• Participating in protests/rallies
• Attending community based meeting/activities
• Lobbying or contacting representative in state and local government
• Participating in AHF advocacy campaigns/initiatives in a meaningful way
• Attending public/government meetings

All employees are eligible to be nominated for the “Advocacy Recognition” category.

The “Community Recognition” category gives you an opportunity to nominate and recognize any employee’s participation and engagement in a community event effort that drives the mission and purpose of AHF. Including but not limited to:
• Event participant
