In addition to colorful parties and parades, Pride around the world serves to bring awareness to the fight for equal rights, access to lifesaving HIV medicines and services, and an end to stigma and discrimination across the LGBT+ community.

AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) country teams held Pride events worldwide over the past two months, which also commemorated the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots – an action that spawned the last half-century of advocacy for equality and acceptance.

From AHF United Kingdom’s first-ever Pride, to AHF South Africa celebrating the country’s 25th anniversary of democratic elections that led to legal protection for all citizens, regardless of sexual orientation—check out all that Pride 2019 had to offer by clicking on the locations below!
