First ‘Out of the Closet’ Thrift Store, New AHF Pharmacy Comes to Seattle

In News by AHF

On Saturday, November 15, AHF’s Seattle team were joined by local residents and the stars of “Mimosas With Mama”,  the award-winning drag brunch show, to cut the ribbon on AHF’s first “Out of the Closet” thrift store in Seattle, located at 1016 E. Pike St. in the Capitol Hill neighborhood.

The new Out of the Closet Thrift Store also houses Seattle’s AHF Pharmacy, a full-service pharmacy housed inside the store where 96 cents of every dollar also goes toward global HIV/AIDS care. The pharmacy previously operated in a smaller space on Union St. on Capitol Hill.
