LOS ANGELES (JUNE 13, 2014) As AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) continues its ambitious scale up of its global mission to offer and provide HIV/AIDS prevention, care, treatment and advocacy—now in 34 countries—the group issued its ‘Principles on Prevention of AIDS Healthcare Foundation’—a treatise covering AHF’s positions and policies in seven distinct areas ranging from public health and advocacy to condom use. Over the past two weeks, AHF’s ‘Principles of Prevention’ has been running as an advocacy and awareness ad in Los Angeles area publications including the Los Angeles Daily News, the Long Beach Press Telegram, Frontiers LA Newsmagazine and the LA Weekly. The areas that AHF expands on and outlines its principles include: Public Health, Advocacy, Human Values, Responsibility, Pornography, PrEP and Condoms.
