Global Advocates March on Washington at Int’l AIDS Conference

Global advocates from near and far gathered at the “Keep the Promise” March on Washington rally Sunday, July 25th, 2012 in Washington D.C. HIV+ activist Jenny Boyce of South Africa spoke: “In 2002, I was looking death in the face. But, when I got treatment and made a marvelous recovery I made the decision to stand up and be an example of how HIV treatment works.” Additional advocates, from both the US and around the world—including Mexico, Uganda and Estonia—are also featured.
