(May 10, 2012)¾On the eve of Mother’s Day, mothers and advocates from AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) and an informal new coalition known as ‘Mothers Against Discrimination’ (M.A.D.) will host two back-to-back press conferences in Harrisburg Pennsylvania (10:00am)(near the headquarters of Hershey) and Washington, DC (2:00pm) on Friday, May 11th to speak out against AIDS discrimination at the Hershey-funded Milton Hershey School and urge continuation of a boycott of the candy giant throughout the Mother’s Day Holiday. The mothers and AIDS advocates will encourage the public to join, or continue to support, a global boycott of the company after the prestigious Hershey School rejected a 13-year-old boy due to his HIV-positive status.
