Saturday is National HIV Testing Day, and it’s a reminder that Georgia has one of the highest AIDS rates in the country. With 19.7 cases for every 100,000 people, Georgia ranked ninth out of all states, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The data is from 2007, the latest available.
